“My name is Marcus Fillyaw, and I’m a Realtor based in the Indianapolis area. Originally from Topeka, Kansas, I made the move to Indianapolis to build a life with my wife, Bria, and together we’re raising our two children, McKenna and Makai. Family is at the center of everything I do, and that perspective strongly influences how I serve my clients.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent five years playing professional basketball. That experience shaped my work ethic, discipline, and problem-solving mindset — qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction. Just like in sports, success in real estate comes from preparation, communication, and teamwork, and I take pride in guiding my clients every step of the way.
